Return/Refund Policy

What is our Return Policy?

A request for return must be submitted within 7 days after receiving your order. The items must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.

What is our Exchange Policy?

We do not accept any exchange How to proceed return? Submit your request on our return page or email us: "return" with "Phone Number", " Order no" and "order details". Once your request is approved, we will send a courier to pick up your package at the address provided within 24-48 hours. As we are a small business the courier service is chargeable of starting Rs.100 still depending upon your address/Location/city. Be sure to view our size chart before placing your order to make the purchase seamless.

How do we refund?

We do refund only by online payments to the customer. We initiate refund after we receive the garment back in our warehouse. It should take upto 10-12 business days after return is requested. For refund to be seamless, you will have to provide your account details & phone no. in your return email request.
