What is our Return Policy?

A request for return must be submitted within 7 days after receiving your order. The items must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. 

What is our Exchange Policy?

We do not accept any exchange

How to proceed return?

Submit your request on our return page or email us: "return" with "Phone Number", " Order no" and "order details". Once your request is approved, we will send a courier to pick up your package at the address provided within 24-48 hours. As we are a small business the courier service is chargeable of starting Rs.100 still depending upon your address/Location/city.

How do we refund?

It will take upto 7 business days to refund your money after we receive the garment back at our warehouse. The money will be credited back to your bank account in 2-7 business days. We do refund only by online payments to the customer. We initiate refund after we receive the garment back in our warehouse. For refund to be seamless, you will have to provide your account details & phone no. in your return email request.
